Summary of Decisions & Agreements Made At 10.17.07 Leadership Team Meeting
1. Prior to accepting new members, Membership Committee agreed to send an email to the entire Chapter informing them of the application and providing an opportunity for reservations to be voiced.
2. First Chapter eNewsletter due out November; information due to Gil one week ahead of time each month.
3. Visitor Host team agreed to send an Email to BNI visitors and subs each week thanking them for attending and providing follow-up information. Carlos Ramirez will select a member of his team for this new duty.
4. Team decided that if members pay their dues on time, the Dues are $55. If dues are not paid by the last day of the month, then dues become $65. Policy is now in effect.
5. A committee (Marty Wall, Bradley Charbonneau, Sandy Minella, and Mike Hack) has formed to assess the purpose of the BNI Embarcadero Website and evaluate if/how it could be improved.
6. Team decided to begin sending out ”Welcome to our Chapter” Send Out Card to new members when they join our Chapter. This will be managed by our group’s secretary, Dave Meronuck.
