Namasake Sake Pairing with Joto Sake

On Thursday, May 8th, from 6:30 - 8:30, enjoy the taste of spring sake and other premium sake selections from Joto Sake importers. Our guest host from Joto Sake will be pouring Watarabune Namasake, a special limited sake from a new brewer in the importer’s portfolio. It will be paired with a special Shiso Pork Gyoza to highlight the tastes of spring! Additionally, we will be pairing the Yuki no Bosha Akitahonmachi Dai Ginjo with a selection of Assorted Sushi (Maguro, Salmon, Scallops), and the Chikurin Fukamari (”Depth”) Junmai Sake with a Spring Bamboo Shoot and Kobe Beef Stew.
