In a nutshell, I build websites that allow you to update your own content. In real estate terms, I’ll build the house, I’ll do the wiring and the plumbing, then I’ll paint it and hang a few pictures, but I’ll leave the furniture to you.
I use software (mainly WordPress) that allows you to add, edit, and update the content on your site. You can do some basic formatting (bold text, insert images, make hyperlinks, maybe change some colors and fonts, etc.). You can also add categories (or sections or make your two-bedroom a three-bedroom) and add a blog or newsletter or journal or photoblog or ??? If you don’t see a feature on one of my past sites, just ask. 
I’ll look into it and let you know if it’s (1) easy and quick, (2) will take me 3 hours, or (3) I’ll have to hire a team of programmers for seven weeks. I try to use free (GNU licence) or cheap software to pass on the savings to you.I have a few partners I go to for some specific help sometimes (designers, programmers, etc.) and if you have a designer already, I’m happy to work with them. The bottom line is, if you want a website that you can update on your own or maybe you already have a site that you’d like to update, drop me a line.
