Our Managing Broker, Scott Moeller, will be presenting the out-of-state markets and opportunities that are available and will share the process of how to target and select specific properties in those metro areas for investment. In addition, we will have another real estate broker/ property manager from one of these investment markets at the meeting answering questions from an insider’s perspective.
